Delivery and Refund Terms

All services purchased through Ajandam.app are provided as digital services. No physical product is shipped.

Once the purchase is completed, a user account is created or the purchased package is activated automatically on the existing user account. Package activation usually takes place immediately or within a few minutes after payment approval.

Users can access the services they have purchased from any device with an internet connection.

Ajandam.app services are provided by Aura Media - Tolga ARSLAN.

Since the services purchased through Ajandam.app are provided as digital content and software services, no refund can be issued once the service has been activated and put into use.

Nevertheless, user satisfaction is our priority. In the event of a technical problem or if the service cannot be used, our users may contact our support team.

For subscription-based packages, users may cancel the renewal at the end of the current subscription period and thereby stop being charged for the following period.
