2. Licence Grant

Within the framework of this EULA, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Application for personal purposes or within your business. You may not sell, rent or sublicense the Application to third parties.

3. Subscription and Payment

In addition to a free basic plan, the Application offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Plus (Monthly / Yearly): advanced reservation, finance and notification features.
• Pro (Monthly / Yearly): all features, gallery module, e-invoice integration, multiple branches.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. On iOS devices, payment and renewal are processed through the Apple App Store; on Android devices through Google Play; and on the web through the iyzico payment infrastructure.

Current pricing is shown on the in-app purchase screen and on the ajandam.app/paketler page. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your relevant platform account (App Store / Google Play) or from your web account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no refund is issued (the iOS/Android platforms apply their own policies).

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and in good faith.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer, reservation and finance data you enter into the Application.
• You are obliged to keep your account credentials (email, password) confidential. In the event of unauthorised access, you must contact us immediately.
• When adding other people's personal data to the Application, it is your responsibility to obtain the consent of the individual concerned (KVKK art. 5 etc.).
• You may not use the Application for reverse engineering, copying, modification or the development of malicious software.

5. Data Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Agreement of Ajandam. By accepting the EULA, you are also deemed to have accepted that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, its content, design, trademarks and source code belong to Aura Media and are protected under the applicable intellectual property legislation. The elements within the Application may not be reproduced, distributed or used in derivative works without permission.

7. Service Provision and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. The Licensor cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Application (loss of profit, data loss, business interruption, etc.). Liability is limited to the subscription fees paid over the last 12 months.

8. Termination

This EULA may be terminated when you cancel your subscription, when you stop using the Application, or by the Licensor in the event of a breach of its provisions. After termination, your right to use the Application ends; however, data retention and deletion procedures are applied in accordance with the Privacy Agreement.

9. Amendments

The Licensor may update this EULA with prior notice. The current version is always published on this page. For significant changes, notice is given within the Application or by email.

10. Disputes and Competent Courts

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Courts and Execution Offices of Çanakkale shall have jurisdiction.
