Answers to every question you may have during the Ajandam e-Invoice integration process. The whole journey, from obtaining your financial seal to issuing your first invoice.
The 4 Main Steps of the Process (Summary)

The whole process takes 5-10 business days on average. The longest step is obtaining the financial seal.
The process consists of 4 main steps in total:
- Start obtaining your financial seal / e-signature
- Activate your e-signature at the Digital Tax Office (Dijital Vergi Dairesi)
- Fill in the E-Invoice application form in Ajandam
- Join our activation appointment
The entire process takes 5-10 business days on average (obtaining the financial seal is the longest step).
The financial seal is the digital identity that represents your company. It is a legal requirement for issuing e-invoices.
- Legal entities (limited, joint-stock companies, etc.): a financial seal is required
- Sole proprietorships: an e-signature is sufficient (a financial seal can also be used)
Application: apply online through the Public Certification Centre (Kamu SM) → approval → the physical USB token arrives by courier → 3-7 business days.
Once your financial seal/e-signature arrives, you need to activate it at the Digital Tax Office so that it is recognised by the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB).
Steps:
- Sign in at dijital.gib.gov.tr
- Use the "Login with e-Signature" option
- Plug your financial seal/e-signature into your computer
- Enter your PIN to complete the activation
This step is the customer's own responsibility; at this point we cannot act on your behalf (you hold the financial seal PIN).
Your form details reach our support team. Our team:
- Creates your e-invoicing infrastructure account on your behalf
- You receive an email titled "New User Details" (user code + password)
- We contact you to arrange the activation (phone/WhatsApp)
- You are asked to install TeamViewer on your computer (for the connection)
- Plug your financial seal/e-signature into a USB port
- Our support team connects remotely and completes the label activation together with you
- Duration: 15-30 minutes
It depends on your industry:
- e-Invoice (for all taxpayers)
- e-Archive (if you have buyers who are not registered taxpayers)
- e-Waybill (if you ship goods)
- e-Self-Employment Receipt (if you are a self-employed professional such as a lawyer, doctor, accountant or architect)
- e-Bill of Fare (if you run a restaurant, café or hotel)
- e-Producer Receipt (if you are an agricultural producer)
During the activation, our support team tells you which ones you need.
You can send as many e-documents as there are credits in your credit package. Each invoice sent uses 1 credit. Credit packages are valid for 12 months.

Credits are used when operations reach GİB successfully; no extra charge is applied for faulty or repeated submissions.

- Account setup (on our side): same day
- Activation appointment: within 1-2 business days
Total: 5-10 business days
The label registered with your previous program needs to be deactivated:
- Contact the support team of your previous program
- Say: "I want my e-Invoice and e-Archive labels deactivated, I am switching to another integrator"
- The deactivation request is forwarded to GİB and takes effect within a few hours
- Your activation process with us can then begin
This process is handled entirely by your previous program; we have no way of intervening.
