Move your events from Apple iCloud, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook into Ajandam with an .ics file. We marked what is where on your screen at every step with red numbered pointers — just follow along.
The "Device Calendar App" feature in the Ajandam mobile app imports every calendar on your phone (including iCloud, Gmail and Outlook) with a single tap, without dealing with .ics files. Use this manual guide only if you are importing from a desktop or another device.

Launch the built-in Calendar app from your iPhone home screen. The monthly view opens.

Under the iCloud heading, find the calendar you want to import (for example: "Reservations"). Tap the ⓘ (info) button on its right.

On the Edit screen, scroll down and switch the Public Calendar toggle to green. A Share Link row appears right below it.

Tap the "Share Link…" row and choose "Copy" from the share menu. The link you get looks like this:

Upload this .ics file from Ajandam → Settings → Import → Apple Calendar card.
Change the word webcal at the beginning of the link to https. Paste it into your browser's address bar and press Enter — the .ics file downloads automatically.

For privacy, go back to ⓘ → Edit in the Calendar app and switch the Public Calendar toggle off again. The link then becomes invalid.

My calendars
Go to calendar.google.com from a computer. The required settings may not appear in mobile browsers; switch to desktop mode or use a computer.
In the left panel, hover over the calendar you want to import under "My calendars". Click the ⋮ icon that appears on the right and choose "Settings and sharing".
Integrate calendar
Use the following details to let others access this calendar.

Open the address you copied in a new tab. The browser downloads the .ics file automatically.

You will be notified when the upload is complete.
In the Ajandam panel, select the .ics file you downloaded from the Settings → Import → Google Calendar card. Once the upload finishes, you can disable public access again in your Google Calendar settings.

Sign in to your outlook.live.com (personal) or outlook.office.com (work) account. Click the Calendar icon in the left sidebar.

Under "Publish a calendar", select the calendar you want to import, set the permission level to "Can view all details" and click the Publish button.

Open the ICS address you copied in a new tab — Outlook downloads the .ics file automatically. Then upload the file from the Ajandam → Settings → Import → "Outlook" card. When you are done, you can invalidate the link with "Unpublish" in the Outlook settings.
Yes. Records with the same date + customer combination are updated and new ones are added. Your old reservations are never deleted.
Event titles are matched automatically against your existing customer names. Unmatched ones are grouped under a placeholder customer called "Device Calendar"; you can move them to the real customer one by one afterwards.
Yes. Every occurrence of a recurring event is imported as a separate reservation.
Keep the publishing link open only while importing into Ajandam. When the import is finished, invalidate the link using the platform's "Unpublish" / "Turn off Public Calendar" option.
There is no yearly limit. Imports run smoothly with up to 10,000 events; for larger calendars the import may be split into batches.
In the Ajandam panel, go to Settings → Import, choose your platform and upload the .ics file you downloaded.
