Visual Step-by-Step Guide

Import Your Calendar into Ajandam

Move your events from Apple iCloud, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook into Ajandam with an .ics file. We marked what is where on your screen at every step with red numbered pointers — just follow along.

📱

Using an iPhone or Android? One tap is enough

The "Device Calendar App" feature in the Ajandam mobile app imports every calendar on your phone (including iCloud, Gmail and Outlook) with a single tap, without dealing with .ics files. Use this manual guide only if you are importing from a desktop or another device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my existing reservations preserved after the import?

Yes. Records with the same date + customer combination are updated and new ones are added. Your old reservations are never deleted.

How are the customers of the events determined?

Event titles are matched automatically against your existing customer names. Unmatched ones are grouped under a placeholder customer called "Device Calendar"; you can move them to the real customer one by one afterwards.

Are recurring (weekly, monthly) events imported?

Yes. Every occurrence of a recurring event is imported as a separate reservation.

How do I share my .ics file safely?

Keep the publishing link open only while importing into Ajandam. When the import is finished, invalidate the link using the platform's "Unpublish" / "Turn off Public Calendar" option.

How many events can be imported?

There is no yearly limit. Imports run smoothly with up to 10,000 events; for larger calendars the import may be split into batches.

Ready to import?

In the Ajandam panel, go to Settings → Import, choose your platform and upload the .ics file you downloaded.
