This guide explains what the memorandum is and what it's for. It lets you write your extra clauses once and print a memorandum from any reservation with a single button.
The memorandum appears for wedding halls, event venues and event organizers. It works on every plan at no extra cost.
In this guide
The memorandum is a printout titled “MEMORANDUM / MUTABAKAT FORMU” (in English: “MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING”) that puts everything you agreed with your customer on one page. Before the event, it makes sure both sides have the same information about the date, package, extras and payment. It includes:
You write the rules that should appear at the bottom of every memorandum (such as how long the hall can be used or the deadline for menu changes) once, and they're added to every printout automatically.
A contract is created from a template you prepare under “Contracts / forms” and can be sent to the customer as a link. The memorandum needs no template: it's an agreement printout generated instantly from the reservation details, and it can only be printed or saved as a PDF.
The button only appears for wedding halls, event venues and event organizers, and only after the reservation is saved. For a new reservation, tap “Save” first; check your sector in Settings.
The “Cancellation policy” and prepayment fields aren't printed on the memorandum. To have these terms on the printout, add them to the “Memorandum — additional clauses” box in the same window.
The memorandum isn't stored separately. You can open the reservation at any time and print a fresh copy with the current details using the “Memorandum” button. If you want to keep the exact version you gave the customer, save it as a PDF.
The memorandum opens in a new browser tab. If your browser blocks pop-ups, the tab may not open; allow pop-ups for panel.ajandam.app from the notice in the address bar and try again.
In the panel, open Settings > Cancellation & prepayment policies and write your memorandum clauses once; they'll be added to every printout automatically.
