Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data stored in Ajandam (ajandam.app, panel.ajandam.app and the mobile app). The instructions also apply to accounts connected to Ajandam through Facebook or WhatsApp (Meta).

1. If you own a business: delete your account and data

You can ask for your business data to be deleted by closing your Ajandam account:

  • Sign in to the app or the panel and submit your account closure request.
  • Or write to [email protected] from your registered email address with the message “I would like my account and data deleted”.
  • If you would like a copy of your data before closure, include this in your request.

2. Remove your WhatsApp connection

If you connected your WhatsApp number to Ajandam, you can disconnect it from the channel settings in the panel. When you disconnect, the access token Ajandam uses for your number is deleted. You can also remove Ajandam's access on the Meta side: in Meta Business Suite go to Business Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps and remove Ajandam; for your personal Facebook account use Settings > Apps and Websites.

3. If you are a customer of a business

Your customer record with a business (name, phone number, appointment and message history) is processed in Ajandam on behalf of that business. Please send your deletion request to the business first. You can also write to [email protected]; we will review your request and complete it together with the business.

4. How requests are handled

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We respond to requests within 30 days at the latest (KVKK Art. 13). Once the account closure process is completed, the business's customer records, appointments and reservations, gallery files, message records, channel connections and access tokens are deleted.

5. Legal retention

Data that we are legally required to keep, such as invoice and payment records, is retained for the legally required period and then deleted or anonymised.

6. Contact

For questions and requests, write to [email protected]. For details on how data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.
