S3 Cloud Storage
Your photos are stored on Amazon S3; sharp previews are generated automatically so galleries open fast. The paid module has no limit on the number of photos or storage. In delivered galleries, photos are deleted 30 days after delivery.

The file names of your client's selected photos are copied in one tap, formatted for Lightroom, Finder or Windows search. RAW extensions (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, DNG…) are supported, so you find your original files in seconds.

Uncropped, sharp previews
Photos in the customer gallery appear in their original ratio, uncropped and much sharper — with the same layout in the panel.
Select and comment in full view
Open a photo in the panel to add it to or remove it from the customer's selection, read their note or set it as the cover; move on with the arrow keys.
Photographer's note
Write your own note on a photo; your customer sees it in the gallery.
Album Ready or silent delivery
“Album ready” sends your customer an “your album is ready” message; for in-person handovers choose “Complete without notifying”.

Common questions about the Gallery Management System.
The Gallery Management System is an add-on module that is not included in the Plus and Pro plans. Even if you have a Pro membership, the gallery module is not unlocked unless you purchase it separately. To use the gallery, your account also needs an active Plus or Pro plan; it cannot be used on the free Starter plan. To activate the module, you can buy the Gallery Management System module from our purchase page.
Yes. New accounts get a 2-month (60-day) free Pro trial; if you chose Photography/Video, Freelancer or Advertising Agency as your industry at sign-up, the gallery module is open for the whole period too. Existing accounts that have never tried the module can start a 7-day module trial from the panel.
You create a private gallery link for your client. Through this link your client views the photos, marks the ones they like and completes their selection. You receive an automatic notification at every step.
Photos are stored on Amazon S3 cloud infrastructure and transferred over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Galleries are not kept forever: in galleries you deliver, photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. See “When are photos deleted?” for details, and always keep your own copy.
Yes. Your client can request a revision after making their selection. Every revision request is sent to you as a notification and a new round begins.
Yes. You upload your album catalogues (images or PDF); your client places the album order by choosing the model, colour and cover details from the catalogue. You then arrange the design pages and send them to your client, who approves or requests a revision.
Yes. When you turn on the watermark in the gallery settings, photos are shown in the client gallery with your business name as a watermark. You can also turn single and bulk (ZIP) downloads on or off separately for each gallery.
WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications are supported. Your customer is notified automatically when the gallery, a revision or the design is ready; you are notified when the customer makes a selection or requests a revision. If a message reaches your customer on no channel, you are told and can resend it on another channel.
When you complete a gallery with “Album ready”, your customer's link stays open for 30 more days; at the end of the 30 days the photos are deleted. 7 days before deletion your customer gets a download reminder by email (no reminder is sent for galleries you complete without a notification). The selection list, notes and album order are not deleted; they stay in the archive. If a gallery's time runs out before delivery: with no selection at all, its photos are deleted; with an unfinished selection, the gallery is paused and its photos are deleted unless you reopen it with “Reactivate” within 90 days; a gallery whose selection is complete, or that is in revision, design or production, is paused and its photos are not deleted automatically.
Yes. With “Extend time” you can give a customer in the selection, final approval, album choice or design approval stage 7, 15 or 30 more days; the period restarts from today. If you handed over the album in person, “Complete without notifying” marks the gallery as delivered without sending the customer a message.
