The Gallery Management System is an add-on module that is independent of the Plus and Pro plans. Even if you have a Pro membership, the gallery module is not unlocked unless you purchase it separately. To activate the module, you can buy the Gallery Management System module from our purchase page.
Yes. New accounts use Plus or Pro free for 60 days; if you choose Photography/Video as your sector at sign-up, the gallery module is open for those same 60 days. Existing accounts that have never tried it can start a 1-day module trial from the panel.
You create a private gallery link for your client. Through this link your client views the photos, marks the ones they like and completes their selection. You receive an automatic notification at every step.
All photos are stored securely on Amazon S3 cloud infrastructure. High-resolution images are supported and your data is protected with 256-bit encryption.
Yes. Your client can request a revision after making their selection. Every revision request is sent to you as a notification and a new round begins.
Yes. You can create multiple albums and manage cover selection and page layout approval processes. You can share them with your client as a catalogue.
Yes. Your photos are protected with a watermark while the gallery is being viewed. Your client cannot download high-resolution files before you approve it.
