What do I need to do to start e-invoicing?▾
Simply fill in the application form above. Our team will get back to you shortly and create your account. Once your account details are sent to you, you can connect from the Ajandam app with your username and password.
Is there a fee to apply?▾
No. Applying to the e-invoice system is completely free. There is no additional monthly subscription fee for Ajandam Pro plan users. You only pay for the credits you use.
What is a credit and how is it used?▾
Every e-invoice/e-archive you send and every invoice you receive uses 1 credit; the integrator charges per document in both directions, so incoming invoices are deducted too. Credit packages are valid for 1 year. Unused credits expire at the end of the period. Cancelled or failed invoices do not use credits.
Can I use it without the Pro plan?▾
E-invoice integration is a Pro plan feature. Free and Plus plan users can create draft invoices and send them to customers as PDFs, but you need to upgrade to Pro for official e-invoices and e-archive invoices.
Can I connect my existing KolayBi or Paraşüt account?▾
Yes. If you already have a KolayBi (API Key) or Paraşüt (OAuth) account, you can connect it from the "Third-Party Integrations" section of the Ajandam app. In that case no Ajandam e-invoice credits are used.
Can I cancel an invoice?▾
E-archive invoices can be cancelled within 8 days of being sent. An e-invoice goes through an acceptance/rejection process on the recipient's side; objection periods are handled according to tax legislation.
Already Have a KolayBi or Paraşüt Account?
You can keep sending invoices by connecting your existing e-invoice integrator account (KolayBi API Key or Paraşüt OAuth) to Ajandam. In that case no Ajandam e-invoice credits are used — the invoices are deducted from your own integrator package.
You can connect it in the Ajandam app → Settings → E-Invoice Integration → Third-Party Integrations.
